Put finance and sales on the same sandboard relay and you’ll learn more about how they work together than a workshop will tell you.
Our camp is 55 minutes east of Riyadh, and a team day there fits inside one afternoon. Leave at 1:30 pm, back by nine. Nobody loses a weekend.
We’ve run desert trips as a licensed Saudi operator since 2010. For companies we take what the camp does every week and turn it into a scored team building programme, sized to your headcount. Then we feed everyone.
We’d steer you away from “free time”. Leave the afternoon open and the group splits in two: the people who ride, and the people who watch them. Stations and a scoreboard fix that.
| Time | What happens |
|---|---|
| 1:30 pm | Leave your office |
| 2:30 pm | Arrive. Safety briefing, teams announced |
| 3:00 pm | Station 1: quad bike circuit |
| 3:40 pm | Station 2: sandboard relay |
| 4:20 pm | Station 3: dune summit climb, whole team to the top |
| 5:00 pm | Volleyball final between the two leading teams |
| Sunset | Group photo on the dune |
| After sunset | Barbecue dinner, then scores and awards by the fire |
| 8:00 pm | Leave camp. Riyadh by about 9:00 pm |
Mix the departments when you set the teams. That’s the reason to come.
Want more than half a day? Add a morning session in the tent for your own agenda (a town hall, say, or the annual review) and start the stations after it.

| Food | Barbecue dinner cooked at camp, hot and cold drinks, snacks |
| Transport | 4×4 vehicles with drivers, from Riyadh |
| On site | Traditional tent, separate men’s and women’s toilets |
| Season | October to March, seven days a week |
| Price | Quoted per group |
Not everyone is 25 and fearless. Every station has a job that involves no climbing at all. Someone has to keep time, and someone has to keep score. Camel riding and the guided walk suit anyone who’d rather skip the quads. And most people have never stood on a sandboard, so nobody starts ahead.
The day opens with a safety briefing and a guide stays at each station.
Big groups run in waves, so each team still gets a full turn at everything. Send the headcount and we’ll tell you how we’d split it.
Speeches and awards work best by the fire after dinner. Tell us what you need and the quote states what sound and lighting we provide.
On clothes: closed shoes and things that can take sand. Bring a jacket too, because it gets cold out there once the sun is gone.
As for cost, it depends mostly on headcount and how you travel. Our scheduled VIP safari is 700 SAR per person, if you want a reference point. Send your date and numbers to 920033630 or WhatsApp +966 56 998 4463 (every day, 9 am to 11 pm) and you’ll get a written quote.
