Riyadh Desert Safari is a licensed Saudi tour operator, founded in 2010, working with DMCs, travel agencies and hotels in the GCC, Europe, the United States, Russia and South East Asia. When your client asks for a desert evening, an Edge of the World trip or a private group event, you need a ground operator who confirms in writing and then delivers what you sold. That’s the job.

Scheduled tours run seven days a week in season, which is October to March.

Who we work with

DMCs and inbound operators put our desert programmes inside their Saudi itineraries. Travel agencies book individuals and small groups onto the scheduled departures. Hotel concierges call us for in-house guests, often for the same week. Event and MICE planners use us for private corporate programmes, anything from a team day to hosting a delegation.

Getting started

Send us your company name, your licence or registration, and the kind of clients you handle. We send back net rates and booking terms.

After that it’s simple. Every request gets a written confirmation with the pickup point and timings, ready to forward to your client. Private groups are quoted on dates and headcount.
