Brand Activations & Product Launches in the Riyadh Desert
A launch needs one image people will share. In a ballroom you build it out of screens and lighting rigs. On a dune at sunset it’s already there. Your product only has to stand in front of it.
Our camp is 55 minutes east of Riyadh. We’re a licensed tour operator, and since 2010 our job has been getting guests into the desert and looking after them once they’re there. For brand activations the split is simple: we bring the place and the guest experience, you bring the idea.
What works here
A reveal at sunset is the obvious one, and it’s obvious for a reason. Guests arrive, settle, and the product appears in the best light of the day. Build the run of show backwards from sunset. It’s the one fixed point in the evening.
Press and creator evenings work too: a small group, a strong backdrop, dinner, time to shoot.
Some brands simply host their top accounts for an evening under their own name.
And for cars or outdoor products, the dunes are the natural test ground. Tell us what the product has to do and we’ll tell you what the terrain allows.
Who does what
We handle guest transport, the camp, catering, activities and the staff on site. Your team or agency handles creative, staging, branding and production.
Three things we need to hear about at the start, not the week before: structures you plan to install, commercial filming, and drones. Approvals and setup time have to go into the plan.
