Incentive Trips & Conference Add-ons in Riyadh
Riyadh’s conference season and the desert season are the same six months: October to March. Delegates fly in, see a hotel, a venue and the airport road, and fly out. One evening 55 minutes east of the city fixes that. It’s also the part of the trip they describe when they get home.
We’re a licensed Saudi tour operator, and since 2010 we’ve worked with partners in the GCC, Europe, the United States, Russia and South East Asia. For incentive planners and conference organisers there are three programmes, bookable alone or together.

Those prices are for our scheduled public departures. A private group programme is quoted on headcount, transport and menu.
How planners put them together
The simplest is a conference add-on: a desert evening on the night after the closing session. Delegates sign up through you. We run the evening.
For an incentive group, take two days. Edge of the World one afternoon, the camp the next evening. We’ll talk you out of doing both in one day, because it’s too many hours on the road.
While the conference is in session, accompanying guests can have a daytime outing of their own. And if the group is staying on, we arrange cultural and historical tours in Riyadh, Jeddah and other Saudi cities.
What to send us
Dates, group size, the hotel or venue, and the languages your guests speak. What comes back is a written programme and a quote you can drop straight into your own proposal.
A few quick answers. We don’t run daytime desert programmes in summer. Our scheduled safaris take children from 4 years old. Individual delegates can book scheduled departures on this site without going through you. And if you’re an agency or a DMC, there’s a page for you.
