Corporate & VIP Desert Events in Riyadh
Our camp is 55 minutes east of Riyadh. Leave the office at two, watch the sun go down behind the dunes, eat by the fire, and you’re home before ten. Half a day. People talk about it for a year, which is more than anyone has said about a hotel ballroom.
We’re Riyadh Desert Safari, a licensed Saudi tour operator. We’ve been taking people into this desert since 2010, and from October to March we run corporate events too: private programmes, our own drivers and 4x4s, chefs who cook at the camp, a traditional tent, separate facilities for men and women.

What companies book with us
Most enquiries are for team building. HR teams who have run out of patience with meeting-room icebreakers want quad bikes and one long dinner table.
Leadership teams come for an offsite: a working session in the tent, then the rest of the afternoon outside.
When partners, investors or an official delegation are in town, we host a private evening for them. And when the occasion is simply dinner (the annual one, or the one for clients), we set the table by the fire.
We also run evenings for conference delegates and incentive groups, and we’re the location for launches and brand events. Agencies, hotels and DMCs have their own page.
What's at the camp
Nothing here gets assembled for the first time on your event day. All of it runs every week of the season: dune driving in 4x4s, quad bikes, camels, sandboarding, volleyball, guided walks. After dark there’s a fire, live traditional music, and a Newtonian telescope with a guide who knows where to point it.
What it costs
A 15-person board dinner and a 150-person staff day share almost no costs, so we quote each event on its own. Your quote shows what the transport costs and what the menu costs, separately. No bundles to decode.
To get one, send the date, the number of people and what the occasion is. If something has to happen on the night, a speech or a product reveal, say so. You get back one page. Once you confirm, one coordinator stays with your event until the last car leaves.
Things planners ask
How early should we book?
As early as you can. Send the date even before the headcount is final and we’ll tell you if it’s free.
Do you run events in summer?
No. A daytime event in the desert in July is a bad idea, and we’d sooner say so than take the booking.
Can we present, or play our own music?
Put it in the brief. The quote says exactly what equipment we’ll have on site.
And if the weather turns?
We watch conditions in the days before. If it isn’t safe, we call you and move the date. The rest is in our cancellation and refund policy.
